Share Famio, get a month free
Send your link to another household. When their first payment goes through, a free month lands on your account and your next bill arrives a month later than it would have. You can do that four times a year.
Three steps, and you only do the first one.
Send your link
Your household has its own link, in Settings. Send it to one family, or drop it in the group chat for the football team. It is the same link every time, so there is nothing to keep track of.
They get a proper run at it
A family who opens Famio on your link starts with two months free instead of one. What you are sending is a real look at the app rather than a sales pitch, which is the part that makes it worth sending at all.
Your free month lands
Once their first payment goes through, a month is added to your renewal date. Not a code to redeem, not a credit to spend somewhere. Your next bill simply arrives a month later than it would have.
There is no asterisk. This is all of it.
It pays on a real payment
Your month is earned when the family you sent the link to completes their first payment. Not when they sign up, and not while they are still inside their free months. Nothing is owed to you before then, and nothing is taken from them to pay it.
Four a year, and that is the ceiling
You can earn four free months in any rolling twelve months. The cap is there to make the program hard to farm rather than to hurry you along. No deadline is attached to it, and there is no bonus for reaching it.
Months do not expire
A month you have earned sits on your account until it is used. If it cannot be applied yet it waits, and it says so. Nothing quietly disappears at the end of a period.
It has to be a new household
Referring yourself, or someone already using Famio, does not earn a month. We check that at the point the payment clears rather than at sign-up, so an honest referral is never held up waiting on it.

Put the house down.
Setting up your household takes about two minutes. After that, the week has somewhere to live that isn’t your head.
