How do I invite family members?

Open the app, go to Settings → Household, and tap "Invite member". Each person receives a link to join your household.

Can kids have their own profiles?

Yes. When adding a member you can mark them as a kid profile. Kid profiles have a PIN lock and see only the features you allow.

How does the Premium trial work?

You can start a free trial from within the app. No charge until the trial ends — cancel any time from your device's subscription settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there.

Is my data private?

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure in the EU. Only members of your household can see your household data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does Famio work offline?

Yes — lists and chores sync locally so you can view and edit them without an internet connection. Changes sync automatically when you reconnect.

What platforms is Famio available on?

Famio is available on iOS and Android. A web app is planned for a future release.
